I started SimplyWedPlan because I realized there is a tremendous gap in knowledge from getting engaged to sitting down to plan a wedding. Your emotions are on such a high, that when it comes time to plan, sometimes it’s easy to get so freaked out by all the “to-do’s” that we paralyze ourselves before the process even begins.

A few years ago, when I was planning my wedding, I realized that creating the most magical day without spending a tremendous amount is no small task! Keeping in mind the personal touches we each know and love and creating a memorable experience for those important to us is a real challenge.

I started SimplyWedPlan because I saw a huge gap between the excitement of getting engaged and the overwhelming reality of planning a wedding. The moment the planning begins, it’s easy to feel paralyzed by endless to-do lists, decisions, and expectations.

When I was planning my own wedding, I quickly realized that creating a magical day without breaking the bank was no small feat. I struggled to find my voice in a sea of vendors, opinions, and Pinterest-perfect visions.

More than anything, I wanted someone to guide me through the process—someone who truly listened, answered my questions, and helped me create a wedding that felt like us without all the unnecessary stress.

It took a lot of trial and error, but I finally found a way to cut through the noise, define my vision, and make confident choices without compromising what mattered most. And now, I help couples do the same!

That’s why I created SimplyWedPlan—to empower brides and grooms to find their style, define their vision, and plan a wedding that’s as beautiful as their love story. And yes, it is possible to have the wedding of your dreams without blowing your budget!
